There is one chorus for all students at PVC. It is open to all
students who enjoy singing. Chorus rehearsals are twice a week and
include vocal and ear-training warm-ups to prepare students for
singing in 2 and 3 part harmony. Choral folders may be signed out for
individual practice of the music selected for choral concerts.
Students will be required to bring a pencil to rehearsal.
In addition to the PVC chorus, in March we added the PVC Select
Chorus, which is an auditioned ensemble of approximately 25 students
who participate on an extra-curricular basis. The Select Chorus
performs more challenging works by composers of many different styles
of music.
